Inscape Projects was created to offer clients comprehensive garden management solutions. Be it an individual or an institution, we provide complete solutions for plants in balconies or gardens, balcony & garden design, accessories, construction and irrigation.
We have gained a formidable position in this space through an on-time delivery approach, an eye for detail and, most importantly, quality of service. On the strength of that record we extended into multiple specialised services. In an industry of tight lead times and hard deadlines, quality and productivity have to complement each other — on schedule, every time.
We work across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Pune — the office and core team in Bengaluru, the other three run by local crews under the same contracts and the same standard.

Maintenance is not one task, it is a dozen small ones done at the right time of the month. Our crews arrive on fixed days with the tools and inputs already loaded, so nothing slips to “next visit”.

Green walls
The cheapest square footage in the building is the wall.
Floor space in any city-centre office is expensive and already spoken for. Wall space is not. A green wall turns a blank vertical surface into the feature everyone photographs on their first visit — without giving up a desk.
Where there is no water or daylight, a preserved moss wall gives you the same effect with no irrigation, no lighting and essentially no maintenance.

Which cities do you cover?
Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Pune. Our office and core team are in Bengaluru (JP Nagar); the other three are served by local crews under the same contracts and the same standard. For large projects elsewhere in India, ask — we travel for the right brief.
How often does a maintenance crew visit?
A typical residential garden is serviced weekly or fortnightly; corporate campuses usually need a daily or alternate-day gardener plus a supervisor visit. We set the frequency after the site visit and fix it in the contract so there is no ambiguity.
What does plant rental cost?
Office plant rental in India generally runs between ₹100 and ₹200 per plant per month depending on species, planter and service frequency, with slab pricing at higher counts. We quote per site after seeing the light levels — a dark corridor and a glass atrium need very different plants.
Do you only install, or maintain too?
Both, and we would rather do both. A green wall or a new landscape that is not maintained properly looks tired within a season. Every installation comes with a maintenance plan attached.
What happens if a plant dies?
Under a rental or AMC agreement, replacement is on us. That is the point of the contract — you get a space that looks right, and the horticultural risk sits with the people who know how to manage it.
